(Re) Define Your Legacy

Websites are great and all, but they don't help us with the most important part of the legacy planning process, which is to learn about you, your family, your goals and most importantly your goals for your family.

So, our intention for this site is to provide you with enough information to understand what we're all about and what our process looks like.

Please be sure to check out our RESOURCES tab where you can access tools and worksheets to help you gain clarity on your Legacy Vision. That way you can decide whether you'd like to engage with us further.

Who We Are

At Peak Legacy Partners LLC, our vision is to help you create lasting impact on your family and community for generations to come, without sacrificing your lifestyle today. We boldly believe that by creating greater operational efficiency in your financial strategy, we can help you:

  • Optimize Your Lifestyle Now and Throughout Retirement

  • Maximize Your Legacy for Future Generations

  • Protect Your Family from Various Financial Threats

  • Increase Your Certainty Around Achieving Your Desired Outcomes

It all begins with getting clarity on your vision and we'll help you find a pristine view at Peak Legacy Partners LLC.

Our Process

Our process begins with getting to know you and your goals. We’ll help you outline the basic components of legacy planning and learn which elements are most important to you.

We will start with the end in mind and reverse engineer a customized plan that suits your needs. As your life changes, we’ll adjust your strategy so it better aligns with your new path.

1

Peak Selection & Base Camp

This is our Discovery Process

In our first meeting, we’ll review the 3 Peaks of True Legacy, learn your goals, priorities and preferences. We'll also identify any obstacles you may face.

We'll focus on the non-financial elements of Legacy and give you exercises to get clarity on them.

We’ll also mutually establish what your expectations are for us, and whether or not developing an ongoing partnership is the right fit.

2

Route Design and Walk Through

Now that we understand what's important to you, we'll begin designing a preliminary route to review with you.

Once we map out our general plan, we will have a collaborative discussion to determine what tweaks and adjustments should be made.

We will compare how this plan will "weather the storms" (of potential risks) against your current plan.

Open communication at this stage is critical in developing a plan to meet your needs.

3

Equipment Check - Begin Summit

Once we have our map in hand we want to ensure we have the best tools and equipment to ensure your success.

There are several potential partners that we can recommend at this stage, so we'll focus on finding the best fit for you.

This is where paperwork, a pre-climb physical and any other requirements will be addressed.

Your plan will be designed to contain elements of resilience, efficiency, and provision to future generations.

4

Enjoy the View and Plan Next Climb

After the plan is in force, we'll put as many elements as possible on autopilot.

We will prioritize flexibility to be built into your plan so that we can make adjustments when the inevitable changes of life occur.

Once you begin this journey we will have regular check-ins to make sure you're on pace to meet your legacy goals and make any adjustments necessary.

Our commitment is to support you until you reach your ultimate summit!

PLANNING FOR BUSINESS OWNERS

Growing a business is a difficult undertaking today as business owners must confront a myriad of tax laws and regulations while trying to effectively create products or services, manage their employees, develop and cultivate clients, and do so profitably.

Often times business owners are too involved in their business to tend to their own financial needs, and they may also overlook key planning considerations that could help their business grow and prosper. Also, the livelihood of a business owner can be jeopardized when unexpected events occur that adversely affect the bottom line of the business.
